This was the best electric job we have ever seen. Trent was on it from the moment he arrived. He was on the run until the job was completed. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for us installing a 220 in our garage, 3 exterior outlets, a hanging light in the kitchen and a ceiling fan. I wouldn't call anyone else! Also their office staff deserves major kudos for expedients in handling the business aspect of the job. Thanks team, you all are tops in our book.

We have loved our experience with Urban design!
We were nervous to start the process with solar but Urban design has a great team. They are so nice and patient. They have great communication and a very down to earth company and don't pressure you.
We worked with Jacob, Brandon, and Sean and Sarah. Jacob helped us map everything out and start the process to find what was best for us and our home.Brandon was the technician that came out and reviewed our plans as well as get our system up and running. Sean and Sarah had great communication with scheduling and helping us get all of our questions answered. The crew that installed our system did a great job and communicated great when we had to have a slight plan change. We are so happy with the final out come of our system and over all process.

Urban Design and the plumber (Ryan) that was dispatched to resolve our plumbing issues are amazing!
An experience with a different company resulted in a) the leaky faucet still wasn't fixed and b) the pipe hammering noise in the wall still remained after a needed part was taken off the water heater and replaced with a different part. That resulted in cold water coming out of the showerhead, so a new problem was created.
Ryan addressed both issues without any trouble because he is capable, professional, and thorough. He replaced the part on the water heater that was erroneously removed and also added some features that will enhance the water heater's performance. After that, the hammering noise was gone (he was sure to check before he left) and we have hot showers once again!
Additionally, Ryan offered to install the part I had ordered for the leaky faucet as a courtesy. No more leaks!
Ryan checked and double checked everything before he left after spending a great deal of time working on both tasks.

Trent and Elio were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer my questions. They kept us apprised of the status of the job, which we appreciated since power was off for about 6 hours and my husband is severely disabled and on medical equipment. They had notified PG&E that power needed to come back on as soon as possible, and so that was taken care of earlier than I expected! Trent and Elio were great!

I needed 2 wall sconces installed and was lucky to work with Trent. Very nice, polite and he worked hard at cleaning up after the job was done. He also advised that a surge protector would be advisable in the power box, so he installed that as well.
I will definitely be calling Urban Design for any future electrical work needed.

Urban Design really came through for me when I really needed it. They were able to handle all the steps needed in a timely manner including dealing with PG&E and they communicated with me at every step. Trent was polite and he made sure all the work was done the day of to avoid having to come back another time.
