They are very professional!! I invested in real estate when the economy was at a stable situation. The 5 star reviews are fake!! They have fake accounts to balance their overall score! I submitted my application on November 10th as of the 19th I haven't heard back. They have an answering service so you won't be able to speak to someone unless they call you back. I've left 7 messages in 4 days without a single response. I've noticed that for every 1star they will have 5 or 6 5stars from fake accounts. If you don't believe me see for yourself. I paid 45 dollars for background check and never even got a copy of it. I've told my landlord I might be moving and he's asking for an update and I don't have an answer. Very unprofessional!
