I ordered a poster from this shop online and the shipping was incredibly fast. I live quite close to their location (one hour away) so from the time I ordered to the time of delivery, I believe it was less than 24 hours.

The poster I ordered was rolled and not framed, so there was some damage to the poster that might have occurred during shipping as the shipping box had some denting to it.

When the shop asked for feedback on the order and I showed them photos of the poster with creasing/damage, they immediately offered to re-process the order and replace the damaged merchandise without me even asking.

I haven’t received the replacement yet as I just communicated with them today, however, I would already rate this business five stars. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and I hope they realize how much their courtesy and responsiveness is appreciated.

I will definitely be a repeat customer. 😊

Virtual Framing saved me in the midst of an art emergency. I needed a large piece of art 36” x 52’ mounted and framed on super short notice, like less than a day’s notice. These folks did a great job, while I waited and the result looks amazing. Way better than I expected. They also charged me less than half of what the other people were quoting me to do the job.

Doug is a very skilled framer. I had a unique job, wanted to frame a fabric piece. I took the piece to a few framers and all refused to do the work, for fear they didn't have the skill. Doug took the job on right away and did a great job. 5/5 stars. Definitely recommend.
