Just a wonderful experience today with Ellie. I actually had been looking for an alternative to spectrum at my apartment complex, due to high prices and having a monopoly on our building. Ellie explained their Verizon options and gave me an excellent explanation, was patient and helpful during the entire process. Would recommend this service, great customer service and upbeat attitude. Thanks for the business.

Sabrina is a rock star! I've set up and trained a lot of successful sales teams and recognize great salespeople. She ranks up there. She was professional, articulate and thorough. She did a perfect job which is hard with door to door sales. I don't get impressed easily but she impressed me.

Sabrina B helped me sign up for a product that they were selling. Although I decided to return the product within the 30 day trial period, Sabrina went above and beyond to try to help me troubleshoot as well as helped me in my effort to return the product more efficiently. Many sales people disappear after the initial sale and push you to call a customer support number but she walked me through and checked in often to make sure if I wasn't satisfied, I could meet the 30 day trial period to not incur any fees. There need to be more people like her in the sales world.

So I personally hate unscheduled interactions in general. Deanna was pleasant to interact with. She seemed very knowledgeable about the service being promoted and everything was so simple and fast. I look forward to trying out Verizon's new offering in my building since the wifi has been horrible for working from home.
