Employees did not seemed very knowledgeable or well trained. The one that helped me with my equipment return had to check if it was okay to assist me even though there didn't seem to be many people there at 3PM. Also, they didn't honor the Warriors cross-promotion free sling bag. The manager even told them to tell me due to limited supply they would only give me one if I purchased a new phone, when the promotion clearly states no purchase was necessary. And when I said I might be interested in upgrading my phone, the staff didn't even present me with any purchase options right then and there. Clearly not ready to address an actual potential customer. Don't plan to ever visit this Xfinity store again.

I recently visited the Xfinity store in Union Landing, Union City, and had an extremely disappointing experience. My encounter with an employee named Sammy was far from satisfactory. My family and I had several important questions about our service, but unfortunately, Sammy didn’t take the time to address them properly.

Even before we could fully explain our concerns, Sammy abruptly ended the conversation, cutting us off mid-sentence. To make matters worse, instead of offering any assistance or attempting to understand our situation, Sammy pointed towards the door and said, "The door is that way," essentially asking us to leave the store.
What made this experience even more troubling was the clear sense that Sammy's behavior was motivated by racial bias. The way he treated us felt discriminatory and left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and it left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. We expect much better customer service, especially from a company like Xfinity. I hope this issue is addressed so that future customers don't have to go through a similar experience.

I went in today to help my grandfather with his internet and cable service and was helped out by Khalil today. He was absolutely wonderful and totally took care of us. Super friendly, and kind service from all in there today but especially Khalil.

Stopped by today to get internet service for a new home. Kyle was super helpful, efficient and really quick. Everything took 10 minutes and we came out really happy with the service!

The staff at this location were excellent especially Sammy and ___. I wanted to go to pick up a big button remote and noticed that there is a new router available with the gold bottom. My plan was to schedule a technician to come but Sammy helped with making the arrangements for my installation and suggested some other alternatives for my account which were so helpful. I appreciated the one on one customer service and the display of Xfinity products that are available.

This office staff are friendly but have no idea what they are doing…
i drove far and took days off to visit the office and made appointments 2 times no one showed up.
i was there again yesterday 12/21 the guy told me the appointment is today Sunday . i wait & wait no one showed up again .
Horrible ! The guy came yesterday and left he didn’t speak English and forgot to bring a cord. what a joke!
I regretted i joined xfinity this year. Why there is such a disorganized company exists … Horrible & charge me for not showing up . i don’t care if the price is a bit cheaper i will find alternative to leave this company . i am not there is racist in America but definitely there is . 100% same race in the office . it need to diversified otherwise it is racist

I had a great experience today with Germaine Sanders who helped me with a smart watch. I had previously tried to order my watch through the Xfinity mobile department on the phone through Customer Service, but I was unable to receive due to shipping issues. I happened to be in the area of this Xfinity store, so I decided to drop by just to see if they had it in stock so I wouldn’t have to keep chasing my order around. Germaine consulted with his manager named Joyce, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated this because my previous encounters at this same store about a couple of years ago; but with different staff were frustrating. Our transaction today went smoothly, and I finally got my watch that I was waiting for. I’m a happy customer, and I would definitely come back for future services. Thank you!
