I am in shock of the business practices of this company. During the presentation we were quite impressed with the work that will be done to provide services. Once we paid for the year it all went downhill from there. We reported numerous issues of the software within the first 30 days of use, and our on-boarding was never complete. After several issues, meetings, and final conclusion that the software cannot do what we were told it can do (I have the recorded meeting) they refuse to refund us our money for the full year of software service we paid for up front! We were willing to receive a pro-rated refund, and they refused. PLEASE BE AWARE!

X-DRAW has improved the installation process for us.

All I have to do is create multiple versions of a drawing or customize templates and hand them over to the installers!
