I had an acrylic and charcoal painting framed by this shop. I was told it would take 3 weeks max, it took over 5 weeks with no updates. In this time they had my painting, which was rolled up and stored at their shop. the framing is nice, but the painting has wrinkles in it from such a long storage time.
