Inefficient and unprofessional. Started my claim back in July with Kevin. Somehow my file was moved to Genevive. She disappeared for over a week and when I asked about my claim status a month later she did not respond until I called to speak with someone else. She submitted my claim without the list of injuries and then forgot to send my medial records as evidence as my claim. Months later, I'm still in limbo and someone who started their claim 2 months after I did is already getting compensated. I recommend going to the Tulare office.

Not helpful at all. Went in to get paperwork for DMV and was turned away and told I needed to make an appointment AFTER she told me it would only take a few minutes. Seriously, why are you here if you can't help a Vet take care of something that only takes a few minutes This site is not as helpful as they used to be. I'm sure nothing will be done about this post as they don't seem to care about Vets. Find another branch. This one is useless.
