Super irritated. We dropped off a package for a buyer that purchased an item through eBay. They scanned it and we got the receipt for it. I like to check the shipping progress and it has not moved! In fact, it says that the shipping label was created but UPS has not received the package. WTF. Literally walked in, dropped it off and got the receipt. The buyer never received it. WHERE IS IT!?!?! How did it get lost!? I’m not understanding how this could have happened. Can someone please help and explain it to me. We dropped it off on 12/17…it’s now 12/29

There is never a long line. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I took a FedEx package by mistake once and the employee was very helpful in telling me where the nearest drop-off location was.
