Unfortunately, and for whatever reason, my calling and leaving messages, or emails for follow ups isn't enough to get a response. I have to push and check in order to I figure out what, if anything is going on. My requests fell on def ears. You would think the first guy who started with me would be professional enough to follow through with this job. Nope! I guess he was too busy and I can understand that. I was passed on to the owner. Ok great, nope not great. Now two workers (1 being the owner, Alex) have the same work ethic not contacting you back stringing you on and over promising with zero results? Simple, you don't want to take on a job don't take it. I hope for a business, this is a one off and others don't have this experience with GraphicInk. Quiet frankly, plesant on the outside, rude, and extremely unprofessional on the inside. Don't push them, they don't like it. But if they called you back, you wouldn't have to keep calling. Obviously not recommended.

Alex saved our business tush after FedEx failed to deliver a proposal. With time to spare, he reprinted our proposal, covers and all, inserted dividers, bound it, created a CD, packaged everything and DELIVERED it to our client.

Now that is customer service! We recommended him to our local office, our client, and will do all we can to promote his business.
