terrible attitude and unfriendly, especially for Chinese who do not speak Cantonese. They won't send you the proof file let you double check and sign before printing. This is very unprofessional. If something goes wrong, they will complain about the customer's designer and shirk responsibility to them. I don't recommend everyone here.
