I worked with Wing at KWWA Architecture and it was an easy experience. Wing was attentive and kept me updated constantly throughout the whole project. We had originally needed just plans/drawings for our violations but ended up choosing to do a JADU. The team was able to pivot and get everything done with submitting to the City and getting my feedback and the plans done within the deadlines.

This was a project for my chinese speaking parents so being able to speak in both english and chinese was very helpful and put my parents at ease. The only issues were mostly from the city where they were very slow with the approvals, but Wing would continue to help reach out and get items approved as soon as possible. If I need more work in the future I would come back to KWWA.

Wing and her team designed and produced blueprints for my office building in Rosemead. They walked me thur the City plan check process step by step and picked up corrections within two weeks turnaround. My contractor pulled the permit successfully and the project is currently under construction. Wing’s team is recommended.
