This was my first time ordering from this website. I was so nervous my package wasn’t going to arrive in time enough for our vacation. I reached out to Gary and he was so quick and responsive to my question regarding my package and my uploaded artwork. I was surprised at how quick his and direct his customer service was. Worked with Sunrise Wear to do custom embroidery on tshirts and baseball caps for a bachelorette party. They turned out perfectly!! Gary was extremely helpful and recommended a font that would fit better in the area but keep the same look and feel.
