Not a very helpful place. I've been with them for 2 years now and still no job!
I've gone through the classes, how to write a resume, they helped me update my resume. I call them all the time and the 2 workers I have 1 is a Veterans worker the other is civilian jobs worker.
They do send leads! But I'm literally going broke and almost homeless!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR IT’S A BAD VIBE THEY ACT LIKE WHY ARE YOU HERE? YOU’RE DISTURBING ME NOW YOU’RE GONNA MAKE ME WORK ESPECIALLY THE GIRL THAT SITS AT THE FRONT WITH THE AUBURN BRIGHT LIPSTICK, SHE HAS SUCH A BAD ATTITUDE. There were three other people there THAT ALSO WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PLACE. WHY IS THAT PLACE THERE ANYWAY THEN THE GUARD COMES AND SITS BEHIND YOU LIKE 2 FEET BEHIND YOU IN A CHAIR WATCHING YOU ON THE COMPUTER IT’S JUST WEIRD.

The employees do not give you copies of what you've signed nor give any REAL help. They copied my social security card and California ID. I applied on the 1st week of the month. Was told that someone would call me to set up an appointment about a grant program for training. No one has called me and 2 weeks have past.
There are not that busy because they do not receive a whole lot of foot traffic. They do provide computers and phones. I think that these type of places should be eliminated and the funds should be given to the public libraries to provide the same services. Its a total waste of the tax payers money.

False illusion, there is no actual On-The-Job Training, just false advertising for a government funded front. This place is a waste of time and a waste of tax payer money. They do NOTHING for you at all! NOTHING! False Hope waiting for a call back just to be told there is nothing? Nothing ever? Really? The only people it helps are the employees that loiter there all day for a tax payer funded pay check, this place should be investigated and closed down......

As a Former United States Marine my review may be helpful for any first time visitor. I experienced top of the line customer service. This place is very useful when searching for employment and they will help you with things required for starting work. They paid for my Food Handlers Card for my place of employment. If you come here you won't regret it !!! Good luck on your journey to finding work, need help searching ? This is the place to go guaranteed.

The staff is wonderful, always willing to teach and assist. I have been going here for years and do to the pandemic a lot has change. The ladies in the resource room have always been helpful, of course some more then others. The staff always has a smile on their face. I truly believe if people understand that this is NOT the EDD office where their money is. This office is design to better the communities in California. By working with the county of San Bernardino, and providing services such as: build your Resume, use the computers, make copies, scan and fax. Programs like the WIOA the pays for a low income individuals to attend a training school to became a Welder, Trucker driver anything in Logistics even becoming a CNA and many there careers. The EDD is there if anyone needs assistances to get a hold of the REAL unemployment office or assist by completing the form online. Then also have the disability form and paid family leave form. This office has job fairs and information about other locations that will be having a job fair in the future.

I visited here. They seemed very confused when I entered looking for work. They made me fill out a massive 30 page packet then when I was done somebody else told me that was not necessary. They then told me to visit a nearby manufacturing plant that was expressly NOT hiring. This place is useless. 👎👎👎👎👎

This is nothing more than a computer center. They do NOT help you to create a resume or cover letter. All this place does is allow you to use the computer. No help from staff
