Custom Planet is AMAZING! We did a small event for our followers and customers, which included Mets themed hats of our company. I'm rating a 5 star due to the excellent customer service. When I received my order of custom beanies there were a few flaws, but after communicating my concerns to Custom Planet they very quickly re-made the order and shipped within just a few days. Pleasant people to work with and got a quality product.

Wow I gave them several opportunities to get my order correct, but they just stopped communicating. I ordered two hats, one for each of my two companies. They mistakenly sent two hats for the same company. No big deal, mistakes happen. But, after texting back and forth with their employee about having the correct 2nd hat shipped, they just stopped communicating. That was 2 months ago. They made a mistake and chose not to fix it, so I had to purchase that other company's hat from another company. I do not recommend as their customer service is not a service at all.

Third time ordering from this company, very good customer service. They respond to email inquiries quickly and merchandise ordered is very good quality. I have not had any problems with any of the jerseys i purchased. Oh and they are very quick shippers, haven't had to wait long for any purchases. If you want good quality t-shirts or jerseys, this is the place to get it.

Excellent customer service and outstanding product! I had a small order of 12 custom hats to be made, and after I had purchased it turned out the hats were no longer available. I placed an order of 2 hats on 12/01/22. Was told they’d be delivered by Christmas. I’ve called multiple times, texted and did the chat box but I’ve gotten nothing. It’s 1/24/23 (almost 8 weeks later) and the order hasn’t even been printed yet! Ridiculous. This company had over a 4 star review so I figured they would be good, I guess I was wrong.
