The BEST REALTOR!! We are Blown away... Having Kayla as our realtor was the BEST experience! She was always ahead of the game, would get things done on the spot, had our best interest in mind at all times AND was always available to help and answer all of our questions. I have never worked with a person that was son on top of things - we kept calling her Super Woman! Kayla was always so patient, friendly and positive. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate, financial planning and literally knows everyone for repairs and home upgrades - her network is impressive.

Buying a new home is always hard and takes time but Kayla made it such a fun and positive experience. Even when as buyers we got impatient or tired, she was there letting us know that everything was going to be great. Kayla was always on our side representing us and getting things done so quickly. We had a pretty quick escrow once we found the house we wanted and she was with us every step of the way. Even after we closed and got our new house, she was always a phone call away with any questions we had. I truly cannot recommend her enough - I have already referred her to my friends and family. Kayla is awesome! My wife and I are experienced home buyers and sellers, having owned 7 houses in our 50 years of marriage. Recently, we desired to sell our home of 10 years in Murrieta for the purpose of a relocation. We were introduced to Kayla by our son, who also had a property listed with her. We could not be more pleased that we met her and gave her our listing! She is professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, she cares. In this case, we had a bit of a complex contingency deal on a house we wanted to buy. Kayla does it again! This is my 3rd home I’ve purchased with Kayla and I would do it 100x over. I found my absolute dream home and there were 5 full price offers on it. I was very discouraged. They decided to go with somebody else and Kayla made sure she got that back up offer signed. Look no further you found the best agent! I have used Kayla as my realtor twice for both buying and selling a home. Let me tell you she is the best around! She is so patient and really takes pride in what she does. I ask lots of questions and she never made me feel bad no matter how silly they were. There will always be little bumps in the road during the home buying/selling process, but Kayla is so knowledgeable and will do everything she can for her clients. We used Kayla Ritchie to sell our home and she was outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment (time and effort) they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. Kayla Ritchie was the clear cut choice and stood out as the best Southern California has to offer: her reviews are excellent, her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put her heart and soul into every listing.
We spoke with Kayla and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing data, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was a condo and located pretty far East would be tough to sell. Kayla made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an all cash full price offer on day 5! We accepted and Kayla walked us through every step of the closing process. I had imagined this process to be stressful and a complete headache, but It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience because of Kayla!

Kayla was the absolute best during the selling process! Kayla did everything she could to keep the process stress free. Kayla was extremely fast to respond with all questions we had.
