Clarity put on a fantastic event for us in Orlando Florida in November 2023. This was the first event we were running with complex AV needs, and the Clarity team were the perfect support staff. From working with our creative team to hit the right note with every presenter's entrance, to working with presenters on last-minute slide changes, each of the Clarity team members acted as extensions of our own company's team. When one top VP saw how well the music and timing complemented our branding, he thought they weren't an outside vendor, and asked, "Do these guys work for us?"

Matt Martel managed the project for us from start to finish. The start happened months in advance, with many meetings on designing the set, talking through equipment options, and creating a custom-branded look for the recording output. Matt made himself available anytime to take our calls and answer questions. He also hopped on meetings with our executive team to put them at ease about the event logistics. And he constantly provided options to keep us at budget. When we finally got to work with him at the event, we were already well at ease with Matt and his team.

We hope to use Clarity for all our events moving forward, because they gives us the peace of mind that the event will go well.

Clarity is more than just an AV and production company - they are there for you from beginning to end and no request is too big or small. Everyone at Clarity was super helpful putting together a last minute virtual conference for the company that I work for that I hosted.
