I am 63 years old. In many years past I was successful losing weight on the Lindora program. I recently decided, after about 10 years, to go back to Lindora. After researching the clinics near me I chose this clinic in Rancho Santa Margarita because of the rave reviews. I feel I have made the BEST choice. Johnathan went over my options and my personalized program. He is so genuinely passionate about the program and wanting his clients to be successful.
The entire medical staff and all staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely supportive.

RSM Lindora is amazing and you should see the beautiful office remodel! The manager Jonathan is super helpful. The nurses Joseph, Darlene and Brittany are great! Joseph is always giving me great dieting tips. Lindora helped me out years ago and now helping me out again. The program is easy to follow. The boosters/shots are my favorite and really help with energy levels. You have to try it out! Call Jonathon to hear about the new programs Lindora has put together.

I started going to Lindora after my girlfriend lost over 50 lbs. of course duet abs exercising are always a must; but it is so important to feel welcomed and taken care of. We don’t choose to be fat and it’s a hard road to lose weight, nobody wants to do it alone. Lindora RSM has a great group of people that has your back. Jonathan is a fountain of information and has a positive attitude. Then I see Darlene and Joseph on a daily basis. They seemed happier than me when the scale tilts in my favor! They always make me feel I’m a star abs they have all the time in the world for me!

I walked into this wonderful place full of happy, loving, and supportive weight loss professionals almost 3 months ago. It has been the best decision I've ever made. I am an athlete, but the past 2 years have taken their toll on me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I had a goal that by my 60 birthday, I will have reached my desired weight. I have lost over 27 pounds since I began the program on December 30th, 2022, and I will be at my goal weight before April 22nd, my 60th birthday. It has been easy, fun and I love the food menus and the staff of cheerleaders/coaches that greet me every morning for weigh-in. Johnathan personalized my program and made it easy to follow. The entire staff is truly amazing. Besides accomplishing the weight loss, I have gained a tremendous amount of energy and strength to train for my sport and be able to get back into competition. The whole team is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly its a pleasure work with them. They monitor my health closely and help me to follow the program faithfully. I reached by goal weight and they are now helping me with a maintenance program. My blood pressure and blood sugar have come back down to normal levels now that the weight is gone. This program works if you follow it diligently.
