The reviews helped me a lot so here is mine.

We came from Sacramento to the only PFL office in the state.

You walk through the main door and before you reach the elevators, you'll see to the left a random phone with a sign above "Paid Family Program." Pick that phone up and someone will come down to the elevator to get you and take you up to the PFL office.

The staff there were very friendly and already know what you need without asking, which is to get paid.

We were in and out within 30 minutes, claim was processed and paid out.

If you need help with your family leave come to this office! Walk in pick up the phone with the "Paid Family Leave" sign and you will get escorted up. I paid for 30 minute parking when I arrived at the office and I still had 8 minutes left when I was done lol. Elizabeth was super helpful and informative, make sure you bring all your paperwork you migjt need and you should be fine. Sure beats waiting on the phone for hours!

Went into the office my first time thinking it was going to take so long, took no more than 30 mins! Person who helped me he was really nice he help me understand what was going on with my application definitely recommend going here instead of calling. Very happy!

Best government office i have been too and the only one that has helped with paid family leave. Ill drop some pictures in but the way it goes is this. The main building is this one across from the convention center, doors open at 7 am to the public. After you go in there is a phones right next to the directory, at 8 am you can pick it up and let them know you are there for pfl then they will come down and escort you up. You can not go to the 8th floor without a badge so thats why you get escorted.

I was trying for weeks to talk to someone over the phone to no avail.... So we just decided to drive 3.25 hours from Roseville to see what was going on my benefits since I was waiting for 2 mos to get paid... Get ready for some quarters to pay parking on the sidestreet or you can do it online. You have to call the phone on the first floor to have the security escort you going to the FMLA office in the 8th floor .There was no line upon our arrival and staff Judy was very nice in assisting me. Within minutes, my issue was resolved. So my suggestion is just go straight to the Fresno office if you can instead of dialing the FMLA's phone # all day as it is nearly impossible to talk to someone over the phone.

Drove two hours to get to EDD PFL here in Fresno. Paid parking required an app a block over. There's a phone in the lobby label EDD PFL you must call to be escorted up to the 8th floor. Staff handled my case clearly and swiftly. I don't know, but your milage may vary.

Taking my baby bonding they the manager, somehow mistake my payment. I'm done with my 8 weeks and have a lot of bills. Because they don't know how to double-check everything. All they say is wait. How long am I going to wait that's not my fault they should of do their jobs better.
