Very bad experience, will not recommend.
1. Our appointment was at 10am but the stuff running late. Not a big concern, if the pictures came out good and had a nice photo shoot. The photographer, she had no clue how many of us will take pictures after we paid(the price matters how many ppl will be in the pictures)2. I think it’s not a baby friendly atmosphere. My son had pimples/rushes on his both cheek after around 10mins get into the photo area, and the pimples exist the entire time there, then disappeared after we got home for a while. We were told to place our one year baby on a baby rocker chair on top of a box, the height is not safe for his age at all. The covers on the box were not clean enough for babies to sit on or lay on. 3.The photographer can’t catch the moment that the baby is happy since everyone knows that babies will only have very short of patience when taking pictures. Also per the photographer they will charge extra if any photoshop of the ppl on pictures needs to be paid separately when there was a picture look good on my son by my husband’s eyes were closed.(the photographer is able to see what pictures you are viewing from her end) 4.The photos were taken in Super bad angles and the photographer did not concerned about what we liked and kept telling she knows what she is doing. Then the pictures came out face was much bigger than body, the legs looks short, short. Even if we asked her to adjust the angle, she told us do not worry about the angle. So if you are not tall enough, your pictures will be taken on top of your head.5. The photographer doesn’t care what you want. I wanted full body pictures and reinstated it after we started the photo shoot but end up we don’t have any full body pictures due to the pictures we’re not properly taken and it will looks weird if they were not cropped out. We spent around $220 for 4 poses and it took a very long period to pick the 4 poses because we really couldn’t find some that we loves. It came out None pictures meet our expectations. The lights on the photoshop is good and the gentleman was patient on explaining the price and printing but the pictures were taken in such a low quality. I chose this place by reviewing the reviews, idk if ,the photographer , she is the same photographer as the one on previous reviews.
