From start to finish, my battery installation has been flawless. I installed a SPAN Panel last year and after the power outage we faced this year I decided it was time to install a battery. Our process started out with Michael who helped with my solar panel cleaning and getting me in touch with Daren to go over battery options that work with my SPAN Panel. After some research and speaking with Cory ( who BTW the way showed up at my house the same day) walked me through the battery install process and educate me even more on my smart panel! We decided the Franklin Battery was the best fit for us and decided to use New Day Solar for our project. During our wait period Michael made sure I received top notch service! Daren even helped walk me through some solar panel trouble shooting when my solar company wanted to charge me to come look at it. From the ladies in the office to the gentleman who installed my battery provided such outstanding customer service.

After being strung out by another solar vendor for over 3 years (name starts with a T, ends with a esla) only to be dropped, my wife and I interviewed and shopped many vendors for solar. Based on a recommendation from a good friend, we chose New Day.

What an excellent choice this was! They were attentive, proactive, and friendly. We even spoke with the owner to smooth over some concerns we had with the contract (all resolved). Their attention to detail, the excellent communication (verbal and email), and speed were bar none.

They even go the extra mile with detail -- all wiring/pipe run through attic, everything exposed outside is painted to match house color... just awesome.

Price was absolutely in line with all of the other providers -- and with top notch gear too.

Very happy! Great company with great people that actually care from the owner to the on site techs to the office staff. I’ve had many questions because I went with a fairly large system along with batteries and of course the County has a lot of red tape but New Day solar made sure everything was taken care of and stayed on top of every step. Now that my solar is installed and working I’ve had additional questions and they respond right away and have sent out techs the next day to help me. Long and the short: it’s easy to sell someone but the follow through after they’ve been paid is always the most important. Some companies treat you differently after the job is done, New Day treats you great no matter what. Highly recommend! I’m going to forget people but Mike, Cory, Ivan, Andrew, Olivia, Cassandra, Jonathan, Johnson were wonderful!

There were a few issues with our project. The biggest issue is that we experienced a high level of miscommunication. We were told that there would be no work done to our breaker box when installing our batteries because they will use a transfer
switch power control system (PCS) that
limits backfeed to the main panel. But we desperately needed to upgrade our panel and felt we had no choice in the matter. So we paid an electrician to put in a subpanel a mere month before the project by New Day Solar started, where an electrician from the company did just that. Effectively wasting our money. Our fault for not reading the fine print I suppose. Please consult with an electrician and send over all documents so you know what to expect because the representatives may not give you the correct information.

New Day Solar (NDS) Excellent Experience with NDS.
We are extremely satisfied with our recent solar panel installation by NDS. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The sales representative, Jim, was incredibly informative and patient in answering all our questions. The installation crew was on time, efficient, and left the work site clean. They answered any question that I had. Matt showed up at my house on the final inspection day and finished up the last smoke detector. He answered all my questions and went over how to use the app to monitor my sytem.
NDS made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar energy.

Excellent experience with New Say Solar. Mike Echan was very responsive and helped me make the best decision with my solar setup. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of all installers - Nathan, Ryan, Manny, Lance, Mikey, Justin, and Ivan. These guys worked hard and did excellent work. They even helped me unload some bags of cement from my truck bed when they were waiting for the roof to defrost in the morning. The customer service was all around great. Excellent service. Cory Johnson at New Day Solar is the best! Two years after the installation of our solar panels we had an issue that arose on the Friday before Father's Day. I reached out to Cory and he responded right away and scheduled a tech to come out on Monday at 9am. It is so rare these days to get that kind of customer service.
