TERRIBLE COMPANY. We booked an Airbnb hosted by Savvy & APEK Rentals for our family Christmas vacation (my husband, parents, & 15 month old baby) in Palm Springs. As we were travelling from Canada, we made sure to secure this booking well in advance. 2 hours before check in we were informed that there was a "flood" at the property, causing the host to cancel our reservation. Initially, Savvy said they would try to find a solution, however they quickly gave up and directed us to Airbnb Support. Our booking was cancelled and we were left STRANDED on CHRISTMAS DAY. We drove to the property to check it out, and quickly discovered there was NO flood and that there was another guest staying there. This was clearly a double booking. We could not believe it. Unfortunately Airbnb Support was unable to help us until the next day, so we had no where to go as many accommodations were already booked. We are in complete shock that this happened and cannot believe the poor communication from all parties. Do not book through this company!

My family just rented a property and I can’t even begin to share how disappointed we are. This property has so much potential but fell short over and over again during our stay. On arrival we found dirty towels visible in the casita as well as incorrect WiFi information and a broken TV in the casita. Next, none of the remotes for the fans worked in any of the rooms. And then there was the issue of seeing multiple mice and LOTS of droppings on our final days. When my elderly mother shared this with them on Airbnb, the company responded with a laugh emoji. This was the home we got to celebrate Christmas with our parents including my mother with cancer. Disappointed doesn’t even start.

I am so grateful to find this gem in Joshua Tree. It was a perfect home to enjoy with my husband, 2 children and I. We loved all the detail and amenities that the house had to offer. Our kids loved the game room and the jacuzzi was exceptional! We will most definitely be booking this house for our annual Joshua Tree getaway. Thank you Quail Creek for a great stay.

Savvy offered such a gorgeous home in San Francisco. We were able to tour before booking and we couldn't have enjoyed our interactions with the owner, Chad, more. The Savvy team is super communicative and extremely kind, especially Anne — they can be reached at almost any time during the day. Savvy's a professional shop — I would definitely stay in a Savvy home again. Highly recommend!

We have been working with Savvy Vacation Rental Management (Savvy Spaces) for less than a year and, even in that short time, our experience has convinced us that we were led to the right company from Day 1.

Their website promises “We Take Care of Everything.” And, indeed, they have taken care of everything, which is extraordinarily important when you live 12 hours from your rental property!

The Analyze, Optimize, and Automate process Savvy has developed gave us a template and a specific goal in terms of optimizing our Palm Desert home for vacation rentals.

That process works and incredibly well! That then led to Savvy VRM living up to another of its key claims: “The only thing you have to do is watch the money pour in.” That has certainly been our experience.

In short, if you are serious about creating an income flow through vacation rental property, Savvy VRM should be your first choice.

Awesome! We were really pleased with the property management service provided by Savvy VRM. The staff was always quick to respond and really helpful throughout my entire stay any time we had questions. We tend to book luxury vacation rentals when my family and I travel to Palm Springs, and we can certainly say that these guys (Michael & Matt) delivered on the service! I’m glad to have finally found a professional rental agency I can count on! Strongly recommend!

Our group of 6 booked a vacation rental property managed by Savvy VRM and couldn’t have asked for more! When we arrived, it was immediately apparent this was going to be a great vacation. The home was extremely clean and there were lots of cool amenities to enjoy (like a fully-stocked coffee bar!). Savvy’s property management team was super helpful anytime I had a question about the house. The short-term rental we picked was a little pricier than other options out there but it was totally worth every penny! Next time I’ll probably book directly with them instead of going through Airbnb.

My fiancé and I stayed in Palm Springs after visiting Joshua Tree. What a perfect place to wind down after hiking and driving all day. A pet-friendly vacation home with a private pool, luxury amenities, and friendly staff made our trip unforgettable. I also had to do a little work during our stay and loved that they had a dedicated work space and blazing fast WiFi. Hope to come back next year and stay at another rental property managed by Savvy VRM.
