Convenient to find in DTWC. It's low key and the pizza and sandwiches were lovely. Fresh ingredients and the desserts looked great. Affordable wines to match your meal. Parking is a little tough if you go when it's busy. It's all metered. Not a lot of tables so it's mostly a quick bite spot.

FANTASTIC place!!!! The sandwiches are SO delicious. The focaccia bread was crispy but bready, felt like the perfect combination and tasted so fresh. I got the Porcetta sandwich, and the Nduja spread and eggplant and mozzarella were just fantastic. There are so many great sandwich options too. Even picked up a tiramisu! Very reasonable prices for the quality and size of the sandwich - I really can’t say enough positive things about this new place. It’s wonderful please check them out! Wonderful staff, wonderful food, Super enjoyed Pistacio sandwich and pizza magarita to eat there and Pastrami Sand to go. Finished off with limoncello dessert. Perfect price, perfect atmosphere, delicious food. I will be returning again and again!!

OH. MY. GOD. This place blew my mind. The ube focaccia pizza was phenomenal. The picture and my words cannot do this joint justice. Do not just walk by. Walk in - order a slice or a sandwich and proceed with your 10 minutes of bliss.

Husband and I have tried Gusto Mio more than 3 times now, we love the sandwiches (Walnut Creek, Pistachio are a few favorites) but I would skip the Tiramisu. I’m giving 3 stars because of HYGIENE problems. The staff preparing the sandwiches had black gloves on and didn’t see him once wash hands or change them in between preparing sandwiches, touching the register, grabbing packing bags/ grabbing supplies and serving meals to customers.

I thought I’d give them a chance after the first two times we’ve been but nothing changed. Hopefully management sees this, as it’s truly disturbing and disgusting, really.

People seated can see staff prepare their food so I hope they are more mindful.

We've been wanting to try this place for some time. Finally had an opening today. Went down. Found parking easily enough because it was right at opening but then this place runs on Italian time so you need to go be patient and be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes if you're going at opening. It also takes a while for them to put the sandwiches together so you really do need a lot of patience. Having said that, the food is absolutely outstanding. Is it pricey? A bit, but I don't mind paying for really, really good food and we both agreed our sandwiches were some of the best we've ever had. We had a La Cotto and a Gustosa and they were both divine. However, we both agreed the Gustosa was even better!
