This is my favorite Pho-go-to! The staff are so good! They’re quick, welcoming and attentive. It’s no wonder they’re always busy. Food, service, and atmosphere is always great.
Only thing is: Small parking lot. You may have to park on the street.
There’s probably 20spaces or less and if you come for lunch or dinner during rush hour, you may not get a spot . But it’s always worth the try for me.

I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it. I should have stuck to the pho only. The chicken and beef had no flavor (no seasoning, spice, or sauce). The chicken didn’t taste like chicken. I didn’t like the egg roll. The pho and the Thai iced tea were delicious. Lots of seating. Lots of Asians dining and that’s a good sign seeing the culture in a cultural establishment. It infers authenticity. The servers were nice and attentive.

I am on a mission to eat at all the Kevin's Noodle Houses in Northern California.

This is an unbiased review (relative to other Kevin's Noodle Houses):

- Service was excellent. I have never had a customer experience like this at the other restaurants. Host, waiters, and the entire kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating.

- Food. Ordered the #2 pho and #A2 spring rolls. Unsurprisingly the exact same taste and quality as the other establishments. Top notch 👌

- Atmosphere. To say politely- the guests were unlike the guests Bay Area locations... if you know what I mean. Everybody was friendly, the interior was very clean, and it had air conditioning.

- Parking. It is terrible. Good luck parking in the parking lot - it is tiny and seems to only fit about 15 cars. Paid street parking is your best bet, unless you dine during off-hours.

This is objectively the best of the Kevin's Noodle Houses I have had the pleasure of dined at.

Had the medium rare steak pho size medium, came with sprouts, mint, cilantro, and jalapeños. It was delicious 😋 I would definitely go back for this dish. My friend had beef over rice noodles, he enjoyed his dish too. Great prices, super affordable, under $15 a person. Can't wait to go back and explore the rest of the menu.

DELICIOUS! It was the perfect food spot during our trip to town. Conveniently by our hotel. Reasonable pricing and the service was great. Fresh food and great atmosphere. We did dine in one night and take out another night. Cannot recommend it enough.

We stopped for a quick meal after shopping all evening. I chose my usual (grilled pork with rice Vermicelli) and my cousins all ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Pho. My order came with a small bowl of a very flavorful broth. We also got one order of fresh summer rolls with shrimp.
The food was delicious and plentiful. My cousins have been here before and they love it.
The staff were very kind. We arrived about 30 mins before the restaurant closed, but they welcomed us warmly and made no fuss.

They were so fast! We came here for dinner and waited maybe 25minutes, once seated we were given a few minutes to look over the menu and very shortly after ordering our food was delivered to the table. Both the beef and chicken broths were flavorful and we had plenty of side veggies to add in.

Walked in at 11am on a Friday (when they open) and there were several people dining in there already. The place was very clean and the service was prompt. I ordered a big bowl of pho and a iced coffee. The pho broth is a little on the light side (as in flavor) but the serving size is huge. Still tasted great. Coffee was great. I also requested a small bowl for my son and they even brought out scissors for me to cut up the pho for him. This was greatly appreciated.
