We were excited to visit Noah’s Bagels, but the experience was disappointing. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager, Estella, informed us of her rule against slicing or warming bagels. Her tone felt unwelcoming, and the bagels weren’t as good as they used to be. A letdown overall.

Suboptimal customer experience. I waited almost 20 minutes for two toasted bagels and cream cheese and a lox sandwich. I only received two out of the three of the items. I was told by the preparer that after all that time waiting that that was my problem because I must have not ordered it. If I wanted another bagel, I would have to wait in line and pay all over again. This did not appeal to me because there was a another long line queue up. I asked if I could speak with the manager and she told me the cashier WAS the manager on duty. It was reiterated that I would not get my second bagel (which they had made by this point) unless I started over in line. UGH!! I worked in a service job for many years. Based on my training as a store manager, I would have apologized to the customer for the mistake, for the long wait and comped the bagel. Would not recommend and will never return. Hope that 1 bagel was worth it.

Went in at noon to get a turkey club bagel...customer service. ....not much...I was the only one in store...their were two people behind counter...took my order never asked which bagel I would like my sandwich to be on....nothing...just we only have these chips and they come with my sandwhich...I started to ask ...but both backs were turned away from me...service was fast I will admit...but I would of liked to have had my bagel choice and toasted.....bummer

I went to the counter at 10 and asked if I could do the two for one special but it turns out I had to place the order online. So I placed it at 10:04 and stood in the lobby waiting. About 10:10 or 10:15 I told staff the name on my order. Didnt get my two un toasted bagels with shmear till 10:24. Turns out they were sitting on the counter in the back and they just didn't call it out. Bagel also barely had shmear on it

I have been here a few times and haven't seen a line yet. I love it. It's always clean and my bagel is fresh and delicious. The employees are professional and fast. Plus the location is near the freeway so it's convenient

2nd time I've ordered a bagel and it's been destroyed. 1st was burnt to a crisp. The one today barely had and cream cheese on it which is an extra $1.95? This place is a rip. Never again

Yummy bagels and the staff that I've met have been nice. You can now sit inside!! There's plenty of seating space. The only downside is that they don't have decaf 🙁 I'm pregnant so I really wanted s decaf latte lol. It's ok though I got an orange juice instead.

Service is based on volume and speed, not quality or listening to customers.
Asked for a simple thing - a well toasted bagel( do not like soft, soggy bagels), and was assured that it's not a problem. 90sec later they call my name and hand me barely warm bagel- not coming back there ever again.
