I was very upset with the way things were handled. I thought I was going to like it at first, but they kept telling me the right things just to keep me around. First they told me it was going to be a typical 9 to 5 customer service job. Then, they tell me AFTER I was hired that I have to go door to door to Verizon customers to their houses. If you're a college student, this will put you under way too much pressure especially if you're a full time student. The worst part about it was that I didn't get my training pay because they claimed by law that they have the right to hold my checks because I didn't stay for the whole training even after I passed my drug test and have a clean background. DON'T waste your time here!

The moment I realized that they have multiples names, I knew nothing good could come of this place.

Apparently they are also known as Instep Management Group. Luckily I researched them only to find out who they are and what they do.

There is a reason why during the phone they don't disclose much information about who they are, what they do, and what future employees would do.

Shameful tactics to hire people that end up wasting everyone's time.
