First time Customer.

As the manufacturer, it is essential to gather the necessary specifications and required data to guarantee the pivotal element of customer satisfaction. Their duties should extend towards providing an efficient virtual proofing process that fundamentally includes meticulous color validation, a step unfortunately overlooked in our case or that it is only offered as an “Other Links” in their website outside of the virtual proofing process.

While we were willing to compromise on the lighter shade of yellow, the quality of the ink imprint was incredibly subpar. The ink reminded us of a printer running low on ink, the final product hence emerging as less than professional. The order was donated to a recycling company here in Atlanta and reorder it with another established vendor for a consistent elevated quality.

Do not recommend their quality.

Ordered 100 stress bees with our company logo printed on it. They sent a proof via email which looked fine. The product they shipped had the phone number too small to read. After a few follow-ups, they offered to reprint these entirely with a different design at no cost. This was over and above my expectation to resolve the issue, and as such, this company has our complete confidence to handle promotional items for our business. We will definitely be ordering more products from this company in the future!

What a great experience with AnyPromo! We wanted to order a pen that we had no information on for an upcoming tradeshow. Our AP account rep was John P., who was really on the ball with our request. He worked with us to find the exact pen we wanted, followed up and guided us through the process of placing our order. We submitted our logo and their artist Anthony provided us with a proof to help us SEE our final product before placing our order.

John made sure we received our order in time for our tradeshow, and the pens looked GREAT! What a quality piece that makes US look good.

This is not the first (or last) time we work with AnyPromo. We like that they keep us informed throughout the process of our order, and their follow-up is fantastic. What excellent service. Thanks AnyPromo!

Horrible experience. Simple order to multiple addresses wrong, delivery took longer than expected and their "promos" on the items you get if you order a certain amount they dont want to honor...go to 4imprint instead dont waste time and money here

Ordered ice/hot for packs for clients and over half of them would burst just from freezing and unfreezing. Couldn’t give as gifts as could cause harm. Anypromo only has offered 20% back after a several week appeal process. Edited, took several week but they finally made the situation right
