I Called the guy who owns this place up to set up an appointment about looking at a 2010 Honda Crosstour he had on his lot. He let me know he was already there and that I could head over. The lot was a little out of the way in a long court but it wasn't the hardest to find and the area looked pretty nice in person. Showing up, the guy was friendly, professional, and quick. He answered any questions I had, and I feel he was answering genuine, not trying to hide anything about the car. He let me scan the car, test drive, and the whole deal just felt comfortable. Everything took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half most but just because of friendly conversation. I left the lot very happy and with a very nice Honda Crosstour, an extremely smooth drive home and not a single regret.

My daughter just made her first purchase all by herself and I am very pleased with the price, the treatment, and the product. It was exactly the right car at the right price.

I felt safe and respected with honesty and trust. Prior to coming here I had a used car dealership I patronized for 15 years for my kids. He retired during COVID and I was not looking forward to dealing with typical salesmen trying to pull a fast one. We were given access to the Carfax, were met with the diagnostic tool in hand so we could check for codes, there was no pressure and the vibe was very honest. While my daughter and husband were test driving I observed another group shopping and they were equally treated well. It was a pleasure doing business here even though I just watched.

The dealer I dealt with was the typical stereotype of a used car salesman. Selling a car that has obvious issues and firm on price. I offered to purchase the car at his listed price if he would simply swap out the wheels from another identical car that was sitting a few feet over. He walked away! A simple "I can't or won't do that. Thanks for coming in" would have gone a long way. Guess common courtesy is a thing of the past. The car in question had numerous issues that aren't mentioned on the listing. When I mentioned it, he said... "Yeah I just figured that out this morning when another person mentioned it to me." He didn't even tell me it had that issue before I test drove it.

If you are looking a stereotypical USED car salesman, then this is the place. I don't understand the 5 star ratings, as this place was 3 stars or just average!
