Went back second time to renew ID but they changed the hours. On Monday the hours were: open at 830 every morning except Friday. So I show up at 815 on Thursday and they're not open until 11 am. They changed the hours! So I get to sit here for two and a half hours waiting for them to open.

Best place to get an ID on base. Just be careful, they prioritize military first and if you are a contractor you will most likely be put behind any military member that walks in at any time.
