The operators really care about the calls that they handle for my company. They handle our emergency water damage calls and it is so important that they are handled with a courteous and very caring attitude. This is exactly what I have experienced. I have so many other tasks to manage in my company and to just feel confident that our calls are in good hands is a great relief for me.

In times past, I have had other answering services. I have seen what can happen when another service doesn't perform as needed. With at least one other company, I have seen examples of us losing possible work because a call was just not handled well.
