Worst customer service I had to deal with. I placed a order with the woman in the office and never heard from anyone going on 2 weeks so I reached back out to Rick whom is the owner. Rick is so disrespectful and unpleasant to work with. He gave me all kinds of excuses of why my simple prints were taking so long and told me to go to another company if I was such in a rush. I never said I was in a rush. I was calling to check on the status of when my prints will be ready. For him to throw in my face to just take your money somewhere else was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never do business with this company and I will make sure everyone I know won’t either. I will take my hard earned money to another company who will appreciate it and respect me with professionalism and customer service.
