Just a heads up before ordering from this company, i spent $800 on a neon light for my small business. After the first month it stopped responded to the touchscreen remote Control ( which was also an extra charge). They were then nice enough to send me another remote, after the new remote also didn’t work i even had an electrician friend come take a look and he said the issue was also in the light itself. Anyways once again they were nice enough to send me a whole new light but just like clockwork after a few weeks the same exact thing happened where the remote was stuck on shutter mode and the light is now unusable again. It’s unfortunate because i was happy when it worked but i can’t justify spending almost $1000 on something for it stop working after a month.

Awesome signs, and the company is really helpful if anything goes wrong. I lost my remote and emailed them to order a new one and they were so helpful, they sent me a link to order it and even a short paragraph and photo explaining how to connect the new remote. They are a bit pricy but it’s totally worth it when you realize just how many different color options they have.

I ordered a sign for my outdoor kitchen in June, and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, first two letters malfunctioned after half a year. I was very impressed by how AOOS responded when I informed then about it over email. I got a reply back next morning, and they sent me a replacement right away. The replacement was also a more robust design. I can warmly recommend AOOS, both for their products and how they take care of their customers

I ordered a neon light and the dimmer switch was defective. This company treated me like i was a criminal because I asked for the defective part to be replaced. They said they didn't just give away merchandise lol. The part was10 dollars and I spent 225 dollars on the light. I told them to go to hell and just ordered the part I needed on Amazon. Disgusting people.
