Open 24 Hrs had appointment at 20.30, reached here at 19.00 talked with forklift person, unloaded by 20.00.

Seeing all the previous comments about receiving here it's amazing people still deliver here.
We drove by 7 hours before our appointment nobody to check in with. Went and parked. Came back 40 min before, had to wait until after our appointment to check in. Got told we were 8.5 hours late?

Dude likes to yell down at you also like you're not standing right below him at the dock. Unprofessional.

Very bad experience my appointment was on 7 am and i reach here 5 am. No one in the office and forklift guy just do time pass he doesn’t want to unload more than 1 truck in their shift. He just wait for their end time of the shift. Morning guys are best and willing to work

Hussain is the best forklift driver,
Unload you very quickly if you have a appointment time.
CheckIN dock 13,move your axle to the end trailer,once back up to the dock remove your RED airline and lock it.

Funny, i had appointment for friday morning but shipping/receiving office was closed. Always double check your appointment if you dont want to get screwed up. Even in google it says that it's open 24hrs. Directions: I-25 South to exit 28, turn right at the end of off ramp, take 1st left (Lights) BOX SPRINGS BLVD. At end of road, go to left on gate. Can sleep on site if early, check in with security near door 21. They will ask for your appt number.

My appointment was 15.30 and checkin 13.30 And checkout 14.30.1 year ago I delivered load one day earlier then my appointment so overall my experience is good.

The useless thing in this warehouse is the guy working in overnight. He is too rude. First he said i need appointment number. If i try to give him appt number he is not ready to listen it. Just saying i m busy. I don’t have any appt. If he don’t wanna work let him to sit at home. And give opportunity to other people who need that job. He is totally unprofessional. My rating for this company is zeroooo
