Great store with a big assortment of cosmetics 💄 you can find brands from Elf to Este Lauder. There are also beauty salons and stuff for hair. Employees are very nice to customers 👍

My husband and I came in to smell some new fragrances and ended sold on both of us buying a brand new bottle each. The fragrance department woman Irene was absolutely amazing and listened to our preferences and ended up showing us what she thought would fit our wants and oh man was she spot on. I ended up getting Prada Paradox which is so fruity and sweet and has been such a wonderful fragrance that has lasted me all day long and my husband ended up getting YSL Myself, I have never been so in love with a scent coming from a man and I just love the way it makes him Smell. She was seriously so attentive and patient with us and let us smell so many different fragrances that were all amazing by the way, but I’m very please with the ones we chose and cannot wait to go back for more of her suggestions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have no idea what I’m doing in a store like this, they didn’t mind at all! Helped me find everything I needed without a single complaint. Great customer service!

Customer service severely lacking. I'll pump it up to 2 stars because I did find what I needed despite the fact that I had NO assistance. It is a very large store; clean and neat. There were a few bare shelves, but overall, a decent selection of products. I pretty much had to search every shelf to find what I was looking for. A small brand. I was very surprised that no staff were on the floor. There were two ladies receiving make-overs and two cashiers (and only two customers checking out). I saw one person wheeling in some new stock, but even though I tried to make eye-contact, they didn't even acknowledge me. Customers in the store seemed to be there for recreation and not shopping. Finally, I have to mention the first time I visited this store was at the end of the pandemic and my husband was with me. We walked in and walked out. There was such an unbearable scent of perfume or room freshener, that neither of us could breathe! I did not experience that today, but mention it here because I didn't expect to return to this store. I MUCH prefer Sephora for the customer service and product selection--FAR superior.

Just moved to the area and need a trim badly. Super easy to make an appt and the first experience was great the cut not do much but no fault of the stylist just miscommunication. Called back to see what we could do and they brought me in and went over ways to style it and trimmed it up. Mary was great. She took her time made sure it was what I wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

I love their deals and point system. They have great customer service, and right now during the holidays there is so many deals on perfumes and other cosmetic goodies! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Visited Ulta in Yuba City today and had a great experience. They actually had what I went in for and received great service when looking for a new foundation. Just wish you could get all products at all locations instead of hearing we don’t have that, you can try Roseville.
