Hoping you managers and decisions makers see this. My mother was removed from CAPI because she never received her recertification packet. Could not get ahold of anyone over the phone. Had to spend a day to go down there early morning and wait for help. Was told they sent out the packet early September and made it seem like it was our fault we didn’t receive it. Anyway, long story short, the worker did help and we were able to get my mom back on the program so I thank you for your service. But wait! Look what my mother finally got in the mail. Almost 2 months later!!!! Come on LACSS, do better. This cannot be allowed and yet there is no way to even talk to anyone over the phone about improving this process. Sheesh what a chaotic system.

It’s definitely a wait I waited almost 3 hours today.The security was locking in a date and only called 2-3 ppl at a time.Every 20-30 mins.I will say this they have there paperwork and workers in order.The lady did my stuff so fast I was out in 3 mins.Talk about irony

Hello! you have to wait a very long time. Unfortunately, I do not speak fluent English. I'm in the process of learning. You have to wait for Russian-speaking specialists for three hours, just to ask. terrible attitude towards people.

Yesterday, was the first time I set foot in this office as I used to go to the one in W 6th from the start. The set up on this office is different but all in all the service I got was really good. They make sure that my issues were addressed and that's what is important.

They work againts you.They always look for ways to deny your rights for medical or cal fresh.Very incompetent "social workers ".Management fire this clows.I have not medical insurance and I'm starving, no cal fresh benefits.Very disappointed.

They don't say anything more precisely and they can say on the spot one thing in reality is another, they send it is terrible and dishonest acts that the service workers commit ok I’m not saying anything about the queue but it’s impossible to reach them through the phone, to talk to them you have to wait for hours, they just put you on hold and that’s it
