I initially emailed three digital agencies for a quote. Bespoke web gave me a detailed quote that same morning. The other two agencies took a couple weeks to respond, when Bespoke had already designed my logo and advertising material. Not only was Lethal prompt and professional, they put in an unbelievable amount of effort into designing all the sample logos, and made sure I wasn’t short of options. I'm a new business owner and a novice to websites, they really educated me and more importantly, were patient with me. The website turned out amazing, easy to get around and she even added a reservation page. I can't stress enough the patience they displayed with regards to modifying content, being I do have a full time job and some days I would take a day or so to respond to their emails. They setup all my social sites as well.
