The whole team at Virtual Telecomm has been great to work with. Very responsive. On the sales side, they were concerned about getting what was best for our needs, not just trying to sell us something. The implementation was very smooth. Amanda is great, and went above and beyond on certain aspects of disconnecting our old system, etc. I'd highly recommend Virtual Telecomm.

Amanda and the team at Virtual Telecomm have been great for our business. I run a large locally-owned restaurant. They were able to recommend a telephone system that is perfect for all of our needs. While I was impressed with them from the beginning, I am more impressed with the service and support we have received after the setup and implementation of the new system. When we had to quickly "re-tool" our operations and business model because of the COVID-19 crisis, Virtual Telecomm was right there for us - even at 7pm on a Friday night! We used Virtual Telecomm to switch carriers and they saved us a ton of money. Our business uses multiple lines in multiple areas with toll free numbers, remote call forwarding and crossing state lines so conversion was not an easy procedure. But Virtual Telecomm made it easy for us. Everything went smoothly and we were up and running with virtually no down time. And their customer service is top notch. Jason Hulsewede handled the transition and Julie Snipp services the account. Both are responsive and great to deal with. So happy we went with Virtual Telecomm!
