Just called looking to buy some roll vinyl and literally got the cold shoulder... I mean literally. Since when does one yard of Sign Vinyl cut into three 1 footers cost $100 and then have me literally get hung up on?

And this was after I tried to call them and got put on hold for 8 minuets while the person who I was hoping to speak to held a "Jawboning Session" with someone else I could hear over the phone. I called them back and was told to ask for Patrick. After waiting a half hour I called them back. He was the one with the issues and I guess a small jobber like myself just isn't good enough to do business with.

If he can try and gouge me and treat me like this what do you think he will do to you once he get his hands on your money? Look, I can appreciate honesty when it comes to not selling to the general public but to pull the Over Worked Car mechanic" on me is very telling.

There is something to be said about the phrase, Be careful of who's toes you step on because you don't know what may come of it. I was going to be seeking someone later who could fulfill large jobs that justify the expenditures of shopping work out.

My bad experience should be a warning if you expect customer service forget this place. If you expect honesty... Sure, honesty applies if you are bringing them a job and money but then I bet the courtesy wears off and when your job is delayed you either get the perpetual put on hold or attitude or even better yet, hung up on by someone who you paid to do work for YOU!

If you are looking for signage or sign products go elsewhere unless you are a glutton for punishment. Your money is better spent where they really do offer customer service and can HONESTLY answer questions for you.

Yeah Patrick, if this is your business with your attitude you will not last. You EARNED this review since this just happened today as I posted this. Usually I can understand when someone is having a bad day but what you did to me was WAY worst and I can't understand how you can be just PLAIN RUDE! Now if I was your employer and I seen this review... let's just say I would be interested in speaking with the lost customer to see if there was any validity to their complaint and if there was... let's just say I would begin to evaluate replacing you if I could not reassign you to a job away from customers. You evidently just can't handle customer service at all. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE.

The other guy I spoke with actually was courteous. I feel sorry for anyone having to work for you.

Horrible customer service, we used to get supplies from this vendor. I can't believe the phone etiquette, it is the worst we have ever experienced. The old owner Joann was wonderful... who ever is running it now is destroying the companies past image. Good Luck
