Terrible. I wish I could give this dealership a zero. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. They do not care about customer service in the least bit, seem understaffed and have technicians that don't appear to have proper training. Management is the worst about communication, they kept our car for a month and during that time, we never received calls unless it was to return a call to us. Every single time we called we were told they had to talk to Hyundai tech support and do another test and they would call us back. Our so called Service Manager, Shawn, NEVER CALLED. I spoke to Mike, Shauna, Justin and Ken. I received answers from none of them. NO ONE EVER CALLED US ON THEIR OWN. We were completely ghosted. We finally told them we just wanted our car back and when we picked it up, it was filthy, covered in sap and pine needles, with a dead battery in the back of the lot. The fuse cover was on the floor of the driver's seat. The car was driven 2 miles in the 30 days they had it, they did nothing when it was in their possesion. We had to drive around looking for it because service was gone and sales had no idea where it was. This was absolutely the worst interaction with any business I have ever had. I can't stress hard enough to go somewhere else. We have received no follow up since our visit, proving this is not a concern to them. I plan to file a report with the BBB, it is not okay to treat people like this.

We came to Piazza Hyundai after a really disappointing experience at another dealership, and the difference was like night and day. From the moment we met Ron, we felt respected and at ease. He was kind, patient, and transparent—walking us through the numbers, answering all of our questions, and working with us to find a price that we felt comfortable with. What stood out most was that there was never any pressure—just genuine care and professionalism. After dreading the thought of stepping into another dealership, Ron completely turned our experience around and made leasing our car a pleasant and stress-free process. We couldn’t be happier!

That last time I was at this dealership they received 1 star; however, this time the service department was outstanding. They told me my issue with the car, and told me it would take until the next day. They gave me a loaner, and the sales guy kept me informed the whole time regarding my car. I was very satisfied this time.

I had an outstanding experience with Leah Wright as my service advisor. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to my needs. Leah took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure all my questions were answered with confidence and care. Her customer service skills are top-notch, and she made the entire experience stress-free and smooth. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Leah does exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and thanks to her, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Purchased my son a 2023 Elantra and needed service for a warranty issue with the air conditioning leaking back into the passenger side floor. Left the car Sunday night for a Monday appointment. All Monday no word on the car. My son called at the end of the day they took his number and never received a return call. Tuesday called two more times and no return call. Stopped by Wednesday am and was promised a call back on the status of the car and no call back. Wife stopped by on Thursday and was given every excuse on why we couldn’t receive a return call and was promised the car would be completed by the end of the day on Thursday. Picked up the car after service hours and realized the car was being returned with the wet mat on the drivers seat and the glove box and all its items on the passenger seat. Car left for a 5th day.

This was my second time back to the dealership. The first was almost three years ago when I bought off of their used lot - this time I came in looking for a smaller hybrid suv - and I walked out happy again, this time with a new Tucson hybrid. Everyone here was friendly and genuinely wanted everything to be perfect with my new car and lease. Special thanks to Dave and Stefan - go see them - you won’t be disappointed!

I am having nightmares with this dealership. I purchased a car from this dealership on May 13. Unfortunately, the vehicle had issues almost immediately, and I had to return it to their service department on June 4. As of today July 24, I still haven’t received the car back.

What’s been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve called multiple times, and each time I’m told someone will call me back — but no one ever does. It’s been over a month and a half, and I still have no clear update or timeline.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. A dealership should stand behind the cars they sell and at the very least communicate with their customers. I expected far better service and accountability

Every employee working in this dealership doesn’t care about you. I am looking for an attorney who can help me for this. Stay away from this dealership for your health

Everyone is very nice! But the whole operation needs work.
I was prompted by a notification on the dashboard to have the car serviced. A new car, electric, 5000 miles. Simple tire rotation.

It took a month to get an appointment.
It took about 45 minutes to simply drop off the car. “Paperwork”
I asked that 3 little things be done:
-Top off the windshield washer fluid
-Correct the tire pressure 36 in front 37 in back
-Cancel the “service required “ notification on the dashboard
None of those things were done.
I think they did rotate the tires.

Everyone is very nice. The dealership could use some support from Hyundai.
I bought the car at Piazza Hyundai. The next nearest dealership is a difficult hour long drive away.
I bought this car, an Ioniq 6, after doing research. This is the car I wanted..
