Our company has multiple websites hosted on TVCNet's servers, anytime we need to contact them, we get an actual human who is able to help us out. Even on issues that don't involve them, they often offer good advice. If you already have experience with web hosts, TVC will be a bonus over many of the competitors. If you are new to hosting or are just working on your first website, TVC will be very helpful as they will assist on any issues and give you the information you need to better understand whatever is going on. Some of the other web hosts we deal with do not help at all with charging huge amounts of money even when the issue is their fault. We have never had any such issues with TVCNet as they have always been extremely helpful.

I've been with Jim and TVC for 10 years now. He's rescued my site twice, he's super-fast with service, he ALWAYS goes the extra mile and the rates are affordable for a non-revenue. His last effort was to completely re-write the platform for my site as an ad-hoc project, which he did quickly, cleanly, fairly, and positively. Recommend anytime for Global Musicians Fish Pond.

I called the phone # listed on the site and Jim picked it up after 3 rings. I told him all about my site getting HACKED and how I couldn't even get into the backend. He asked me some questions. I gave him the answers. We got off the phone. I started getting a series of progress emails. After 1 hour the site was back up! AMAZING!!

Jim is a cybersecurity genius ! My family's online business was hacked. Our sales revenue had been siphoned out due to multiple cybersecurity breaches. Jim resolved the hack and issues in a rapid response time. Our business is now up and running. Jim was the only honest cybersecurity technician that could resolve multiple IT issues. Thank God !

TVC has shown great customer service every time I have had to contact them. I would say the main positive is how easy they make every interaction. Some other web host seem to barely lift a finger, the support at TVC has helped me every step of the way for every issue I have brought to them. Migrating, hosting, SSL, email, DNS, server issues, and anything else I have needed.
